Celebration of Life for Nelson Tsabg 60FA

Celebration of Life (10-11 am) Arise Church in Fremont, CA

It was a beautifully organized

celebration. The organizers and everyone who served did an amazing job ensuring that the program flowed smoothly and seamlessly.

Nelson’s life was a beautiful testimony to the bonds of family and friendship, united in Christian love and faith. His life and legacy transcended generations, cultures, and traditions.

By serendipity, we found

ourselves seated right next to our wreath. We also noticed the beautiful bouquet from Helios’ parents, Tsoi Heung-sang and Lai Yuet-sum, at the reception table. They attended QES during the same period as Nelson.

All fourteen of us from our Alumni Association—Alex and Katherine Wong, Wing and Magdalene Hui, Kathy and Andrew Lau, Philip and May Tai, Beth Pao, Bernice Ng, Diana Lau, Doris Tse, Helios Tsoi, and Roy Chan—were deeply impressed by the one-hour program, which beautifully combined music, slides, eulogies, and pastoral service to celebrate Nelson’s remarkable life journey. Through the stories shared about his background, education, hobbies, career, love story, family, passions, and aspirations, we came to know Nelson on a much deeper level. He was far too humble to reveal the full extent of his many talents and interests!

We feel truly blessed to have had the privilege of being under Nelson’s wings for so many years. He taught us how to lead with wisdom, mentored us to keep growing, and inspired us to serve with joy. His guidance and generosity touched our lives in lasting ways. Nelson will always hold a special place in our hearts and remain in our fondest memories.
