ACTIVITIES FOR 2009
- We will be organizing one more activity during the 2009 calendar year. It will be either a picnic, camping, or a short trip.
- A survey will be sent out shortly.

- Suggested locations include:
Picnic
- Lake Elizabeth
- Lake Chabot
Camping
- Lake Tahoe
Trip
- Reno/Nevada City

IMPROVE INVOLVEMENT BETWEEN NORTH/SOUTH CALIFORNIA OFFICERS/MEMBERS
- Will try to space activities so that it will be easier for members travel north/south to attend
- Need to make schedule of activities available earlier
- Will investigate having gathering something central Cal, or trips together.

OTHER BUSINESS
- Website posting of information not directly related to QESAAUSA will be allowed, but BoD will have final say if the items are acceptable.
- We will make it clear that the information is not an official QESAAUSA announcement
- Please send links/information you want to post to Mandick Wong.

- Dinner gathering every 1-2 months (not an official event) Will be posted on website
- Details are still being worked out. We will send out more information via email.

- Scholarship for QESOSA schools will not be solicited unless there are specific requests/programs from QESOSA.
- We currently have some scholarship fund reserve (included within the general fund accounting)
- There are no scholarship requests from the OSA schools, so we will not actively solicit donations from members.

. The next board meeting will be at 12noon on Saturday, June 13 2009, at Louisa's home.
